Territory Sales Representative

TriMark Marlinn, located in Bedford Park, IL, is a division of TriMark USA, one of the country’s largest providers of supplies, equipment and design services to the foodservice industry.

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for achieving and exceeding territory sales goals, developing new business, and maintaining excellent customer relations.  Compensation includes and established salary during a training period, followed by salary plus commission.

Essential duties include:
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals through consultative selling, relationship building, cold calls and referrals
  • Place orders directly through our order entry system
  • Work with the Credit & Accounts Receivable Department to maintain customers’ account balances as current and assist in collections when needed
  • Develop product knowledge and expertise to advise foodservice professionals about their supply and equipment needs

Responsibilities include:
  • Unload vendor deliveries from truck and load shipments onto delivery trucks
  • Operate a forklift to move and ship products
  • Pick orders for delivery
  • Place merchandise into correct stocking locations
Job Requirements include:
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to use manual or electric power jacks and powered lift trucks
  • Frequent reaching with occasional overhead lifting required

Professional Delivery Driver (OVERNIGHT DEDICATED RUN)

TriMark Marlinn, located in Bedford Park, IL, is a division of TriMark USA, one of the country’s largest providers of supplies, equipment and design services to the foodservice industry, is seeking a professional delivery driver for a dedicated overnight peddle run.

Essential duties include:
  • Drive TriMark Delivery Truck to deliver Customer orders
  • Deliver with a hand truck all cases to Customer location, lifting and moving to designated area at Customer’s location, with frequent lifting of 25-100 lbs
  • Maintain conduct becoming a representative of TriMark to the Customer while making delivery
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 3 Year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • No moving violations within the past 2 years
  • Successfully pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen
  • Have superior customer service skills
  • Ability to deliver using a handcart
  • Ability to frequently lift 25-100 lbs

Quality and Product Assurance Specialist

Position Summary/Objective

Safely and effectively coordinates a variety of day-to-day Quality and Product inventory-related activities for the facility.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Cycle Counting and Cubing
  • Works with team on daily Back Orders to reconcile items
  • Updates inventory to ensure all items and orders meet quality standards
  • Works with Customer Service Department on orders
  • Responsible for working with Accounts Receivable on Receiving errors
  • Will handle all Returns through reconciliation
  • Reconciles Work-in-Progress
  • Identifies and eliminates root causes for variances in orders and inventory
  • Will pick orders as time permits
  • Responsible for fixing damaged goods as part of the quality control process
  • Ensures that product being sent to customers meets TriMark Marlinn standards
  • Ability to work Overtime and Off-Shifts is required
  • Must be able to work in the Warehouse which includes both cold and hot weather variances

Education & Experience

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of warehouse and inventory experience is required

  • Experience using J.D. Edwards ERP system is beneficial

Project Administrator

Position Summary/Objective

The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and addressing the service needs of our contract customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining service manuals and spec books, handling service calls, expediting orders, coordinating equipment start-ups and demonstrations, and providing support to the Estimators and Designers/Project Managers when necessary.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Respond to various customer requests in a timely and effective manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to Project Managers, Estimators and Department Manager.
  • Creating, printing and sending service manuals and spec books.
  • Scheduling and following up on service calls.
  • Tracking and expediting orders.
  • Coordinating equipment start-ups and demonstrations.
  • Assisting Estimators with equipment orders when necessary.
  • Assisting Project Managers when necessary.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Communicate with all internal departments – Credit, Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse – in a professional manner to ensure customers’ requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Expected to grow capabilities to perform position with greater efficiency annually. 
  • Expand their knowledge of other jobs within the organization.
  • Efficiently complete duties assigned by Manager.
