Customer Services Representatives

Position Summary: 
The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the Company by providing customers product and services information and assisting customers. 
Primary Functions:
  • Assists and check out retail customers in the store
  • Restock shelves and labels products in the store
  • Keeps the store clean and orderly
  • Resolves product or service problems with customer and brings issues to resolution
  • Handles appropriate call volumes and assists department with meeting overall goals and budgets
  • Maintains, develops, and facilitates relationships with customers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, however a College Degree is preferred, however a combination of work experience and certifications is acceptable
  • Phone customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) and Adobe Programs like Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Possess outstanding written, verbal, organizational, time-management,and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Completes work with accuracy and efficiency
