Historic Hotel Calls on TriMark Federighi Design for Kitchen Remodel
Remodeling the kitchen for a historic landmark hotel in less than one week may sound like a pipe dream, but TriMark Federighi Design rose to the challenge.
Installed new Montague custom range lines, Alto-Shaam cooking equipment and Groen hot prep line equipment
Hobart high-temp glass washers ensured that glassware was presented at its best for the craft cocktail program
Equipment was delivered and removed curbside due to small waterfront loading dock
Foodservice operations supported the hotel’s restaurant, bar, lobby, room service and banquet room
