Handcrafted gourmet burgers, chopped salads, specialty milkshakes, and craft beers are just some of the reasons that Bad Daddy’s is expanding to 12 new locations in the coming year. From prep to expo, TriMark Foodcraft’s design of this full-service, family-friendly restaurant focuses on maximum efficiencies. Customers can watch the smoke rising from the kitchen as the burgers get flipped in the air. “The idea,” said Frank Scibelli, Founder and CEO of Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, “is to experience the energy of the kitchen. Our cooks are on stage—it’s part of the entertainment.”
