More than 1.5 million people from around the world visit the Art Institute of Chicago annually, which is home to nearly 300,000 of the world’s most renowned pieces of art. TriMark Marlinn provided the custom fabrication and installation of foodservice equipment for the newly renovated Museum Café, where guests can enjoy a wide variety of healthy, ethnically-inspired meals.

Project Highlights

  • Custom fabrication and installation of serveries, bars, stone counters, exhaust hoods, refrigeration, and other commercial equipment
  • New equipment helped execute a variety of menu options including self-serve and staff-served small plates
  • Provided project management for General Contractor in an accelerated time frame
“From custom-designed counters to installation of equipment and project management, the TriMark Marlinn team helped create a dining area that reflects the beauty and aesthetic of the Art Institute of Chicago,” said Mike Siegel, President of TriMark Marlinn.
