Installing an 8,000-sq.-ft. kitchen takes expertise, experience and extensive project management skills. It involves selecting foodservice equipment solutions that will be able to accommodate a large volume of customers who enjoy exploring a multitude of dining options throughout the day and evening. TriMark SS Kemp furnished and oversaw the installation of a multimillion dollar equipment package for Cincinnati’s Horseshoe Casino.

Project Highlights

  • The Horseshoe Casino features “The Spread,” a 250 ft. buffet, which includes a large production kitchen, five service bars, three public bars, and a liquor pump room.
  • The dining area seats 400 customers, serves seven different styles of food, and is supported by an 8,000 sq. ft. kitchen.
  • TriMark SS Kemp also installed and coordinated the commercial kitchen equipment for Jack Binion’s Steakhouse, “The Rock” Bar and Lounge, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, as well as a catering kitchen.
