TriMark SS Kemp Creates Old-World Pizzeria
It started with an idea: create an authentic, coal-fired pizzeria reminiscent of an old-world trattoria with an urban feel. Mia Margherita reached out to TriMark SS Kemp to take care of kitchen design, equipment, tabletops, and more. The kitchen now executes a full menu for 100 customers, as well as 40 people in the bar and an outdoor patio that seats an additional 36 customers.
